Dream Aloud X Texana Reds Moon

Born March 16, around 2 a.m.

"Mattie" couldn't have been more custom ordered!  I told Red I wanted a bay and white, and if not bay, then black and white filly...and that's exactly what she gave me!  Mattie has 3 socks, heavy characteristics and a light smattering of snowflakes - more like tiny stars they are so exact - over her hips.  This baby has some LONG legs, and is just beautiful!

All we could say about this guy is WOW!  This guy is a seriously spotted MOOSE!  Unfortunately, my husband objects to me calling him such so he's been dubbed Cisco instead...We are just absolutely thrilled with his size and color.  He had some unfolding still left to do, and due to his size he did have some lower leg swelling, and so has stayed up for a bit longer than the girls.  I want to be sure he can get away from the other mommas when he needs to.  So he will go out when the sunny weather returns this weekend...and we can get better pictures!

The Quintessential (APHA) X Docs Pobre Senorita

Sorry guys!  My camera gave out and before I could get it working again and get some good pictures, his new momma took him and his dam to her place.  But he's a hunk!  Barn name "Bug" and he's chestnut with 4 stockings and a huge blaze that wraps back around under his chin enough that he should get regular paint papers.  He also has two blue eyes with no associated white.

Congratulations to Lynn MacDonald with Sweet Cherry Lady who had a beautiful bay filly on April 15, 2008.  According to Lynn this baby has white flecks on her hip, as well as all that chrome...

She's beautiful Lynn!!!!  Can't wait to see updates as she grows...
